AgentNXXT is an artificial intelligence platform that enables users to:
• Build AI agents
• Publish AI agents to a marketplace
• Use agents created by other users
• Monetize AI agents
• Integrate external APIs and tools
• Access AI models and machine learning systems
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.
- ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use AgentNXXT.
By using the platform, you represent that:
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• All information you provide is accurate
• You will comply with all applicable laws
- USER ACCOUNTS
To access certain features, users must create an account.
Authentication may include:
• Email and password login
• Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication
• OAuth or third-party identity providers
Users are responsible for:
• Maintaining account security
• Protecting authentication credentials
• All activities occurring under their account
Users must notify the Company immediately of unauthorized account access.
- PLATFORM SERVICES
AgentNXXT provides a platform where users may:
• Build and deploy AI agents
• Access AI models
• Publish agents in a marketplace
• Purchase or use agents created by other users
• Integrate APIs and third-party tools
The Company may modify or discontinue services at any time.
- AI AGENT MARKETPLACE
Users may publish AI agents to the marketplace.
Publishers are responsible for:
• Accuracy of agent descriptions
• Compliance with platform policies
• Ensuring agents operate safely and legally
The Company may review, remove, or restrict agents that violate platform policies.
- PAYMENTS AND MONETIZATION
AgentNXXT supports agent monetization through payment providers including:
• Stripe
• PayPal
• Razorpay
Transactions are processed by third-party payment providers.
The Company does not store full payment card information.
Users selling AI agents may be responsible for:
• Taxes
• Regulatory compliance
• Marketplace obligations
The Company may charge platform fees or commissions.
- USER CONTENT
Users may upload content including:
• Data inputs
• Files
• AI prompts
• Agent configurations
• Marketplace descriptions
Users retain ownership of their content.
However, by uploading content to the platform, users grant the Company a limited license to:
• Host
• Process
• Display
• Operate the platform services
Users must ensure their content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
- API ACCESS
AgentNXXT may provide developer APIs.
Users accessing APIs must:
• Use secure API keys
• Not abuse rate limits
• Not reverse engineer platform systems
The Company may revoke API access at any time for misuse.
- ACCEPTABLE USE
Users must not use the platform for activities that:
• Violate laws or regulations
• Harm others
• Distribute malware
• Conduct fraud
• Manipulate or abuse AI systems

- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
AgentNXXT integrates with third-party services including:
• Cloud infrastructure providers

The Company is not responsible for failures or policies of third-party services.
- DATA AND PRIVACY
User data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
The platform may process data through:

• Cloud infrastructure
• External integrations
Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand how data is handled.
- TERMINATION
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts if users:
• Violate these Terms
• Violate platform policies
• Engage in harmful or illegal activity
Users may also terminate their accounts at any time.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenAutonomyX OPC Private Limited shall not be liable for:
• Indirect damages
• Loss of profits
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.
- CHANGES TO TERMS
The Company may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
