Deploying AI agents designed to monitor, track, or surveil individuals without proper authorization or consent.
4.7 Fraud or Financial Manipulation
Using AI agents to conduct scams, phishing campaigns, or deceptive financial schemes.
4.8 Weapons Development
Developing AI tools intended to support the design, production, or distribution of weapons.
4.9 Explicit or Adult Content
Publishing AI agents designed to generate explicit sexual content or adult material.
4.10 Psychological Manipulation
Creating AI systems intended to manipulate users psychologically or exploit vulnerable populations.
4.11 High-Risk Autonomous Decisions
Deploying AI agents that autonomously make critical decisions in areas such as:

without proper disclosures and human oversight.
